2. Registering a brokerage contract with the property owner
3.Issue a comprehensive advertising license based on the advertising data and pay the advertising license fees from the General Authority for Real Estate.
If you are a property owner, you can license your advertisement through the Inwani platform.
Is a Val license sufficient to publish a real estate advertisement ?
A Val license is not enough to publish your advertisement. You need a license for each advertisement you publish from the General Authority for Real Estate.

10.Enter marketing fees.
11.Agree to the terms and conditions.

14.The contract is sent to the owner for approval.

5."Review the brokerage contract details.
6."Click "Accept Mediation Contract".
7."Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone.
8."Click "Continue.
9.The mediation contract has been approved.
